With over 30 years of experience Paul helps law firms build sustainable growth plans. Prior to joining Calls9 Paul was the Global Chairman of Eversheds Sutherland where he led on the firm's global client strategy winning many well-known accounts.

A key part of his work at Eversheds Sutherland was building the world's first truly global and integrated approach to partnering between law firms and clients with his leadership on the Tyco and Dupont deals. These deals became the template for how law firms and international clients work together.

Adam originally trained as a commercial solicitor at Eversheds Sutherland. It was during his time with the firm that he designed and launched an industry-leading technology platform which gave clients enhanced access to their legal matters. This success inspired Adam to setup Calls9.

For the last 10 years Adam has helped law firms drive growth and productivity by deploying technology that enables them to put the client experience at the centre of everything they do.

Sally qualified and practised as a company and commercial solicitor at Slaughter and May before moving in-house where she covered a wide-ranging portfolio of transactional, litigation and regulatory matters.

Having trained in business coaching, psychometric assessment, interviewing techniques and Lean Six Sigma, Sally now combines her listening and coaching skills with in-depth market knowledge to advise law firms on aligning organisational processes and individual behaviour with specific client needs to improve client retention, win business and improve profitability.
